The Wednesday Painters are a group of artists who have met since the early 1990s to paint and draw from life. They gather in winter for figure studies and outdoors in warmer months to paint the Driftless region landscape.

27th Annual National Juried Exhibition
The American Impressionist Society’s 27th Annual National Juried Exhibition is a prestigious juried exhibition showcasing contemporary impressionist paintings by artists from across the country. The exhibition celebrates the expressive traditions of impressionism through works exploring light, color, atmosphere, and everyday moments. Held at Mockingbird Gallery in Bend, Oregon, the exhibition runs September 4–October 3, 2026.
