Kathie Wheeler creates remarkable landscapes and portrait commissions, primarily with a rich oil  palette. She also enjoys dabbling in pastel and watercolor. Kathie paints plein air throughout the year, as well as in the studio. She is a Signature member of Oil Painters of America, The American Women Artists, the American Impressionist Society, and is also  a member of the Portrait Society of America.
